Looking for Florida county GIS websites? Florida has 67 counties, and their official parcel maps do not all run on the same software. Knowing which viewer a county uses tells you what the search box expects and where the parcel report is.

If you look up land in more than one Florida county, you will notice the parcel maps don't match. That is because each office chooses its own software. Below, all 67 Florida entries in our directory are listed with the viewer each one uses, plus tips for the most common types.

How to search the most common viewers in Florida

county web map (32 entries, e.g. Brevard County, Broward County, Charlotte County)

1. Open the county's own web map.
2. Search for the property or pan and zoom to it.
3. Click the lot to bring up what the county publishes about it.
4. Look for print or measure tools if you need a quick map or rough size.

qPublic (Schneider Geospatial) (21 entries, e.g. Alachua County, Bay County, Calhoun County)

1. Open the link to the county's qPublic site, run by Schneider Geospatial. Accept the disclaimer if one appears.
2. Pick a search type from the menu (owner, street address or parcel ID), or go straight to the map page.
3. Click a parcel and open its report for assessment, sales and building details where available.
4. Use the map's layer list to add aerials or other layers.

ArcGIS Experience Builder (8 entries, e.g. Baker County, Hamilton County, Hendry County)

1. Open the official map link from the county's page; an ArcGIS Experience Builder app opens in a new tab. Accept any splash or disclaimer screen.
2. Search by address or parcel ID, or pan to the area.
3. Select a parcel to view the information the publisher makes available.
4. Explore the app's panels for layers, legends or printing.

Before you rely on what you find

Online parcel lines are drawn for tax mapping, not surveys, so they can sit a few feet off the real boundary. For anything legal, such as a fence, a sale or a dispute, use the recorded deed and a licensed surveyor.
