South Carolina County GIS Websites: Parcel Viewers by County
Which parcel map software each South Carolina county uses (45 of 46 verified), how to search the common viewers, and a link to every official map.
Looking for South Carolina county GIS websites? South Carolina has 46 counties, and their official parcel maps do not all run on the same software. Knowing which viewer a county uses tells you what the search box expects and where the parcel report is.
South Carolina does not run one statewide parcel map that every county uses. Each local government picks its own viewer, so the screen you see in one county can look nothing like the one next door. This guide sorts all 46 South Carolina entries in the Platbookmapper directory with the software behind each official map.

Before you rely on what you find
Online parcel lines are drawn for tax mapping, not surveys, so they can sit a few feet off the real boundary. For anything legal, such as a fence, a sale or a dispute, use the recorded deed and a licensed surveyor. To check flood zones, soils or wetlands for a spot you found, open it on the Platbookmapper Land Map, which pulls FEMA, USDA and U.S. Fish & Wildlife layers.
