How to search the most common viewers in Georgia

qPublic (Schneider Geospatial) (139 entries, e.g. Appling County, Atkinson County, Bacon County)

1. From the county's Platbookmapper page (linked in the table below), open the official map link to load qPublic, the Schneider Geospatial site this county uses for property data. Agree to the terms if prompted.
2. Type in a street address, owner or parcel ID, or browse the map and click a lot.
3. Open the parcel report to see what the county publishes about the property.
4. Toggle layers and basemaps to view aerial imagery.

ArcGIS Web AppBuilder (5 entries, e.g. Bibb County, Bulloch County, Cobb County)

1. Open the official map link from the county's page. The viewer is built with ArcGIS Web AppBuilder; if a disclaimer pops up, accept it to continue.
2. Use the search widget, usually in the upper left, to find a street address or parcel ID.
3. Click a parcel to open its info window.
4. The widget bar holds extras such as the layer list, basemap switcher, measure and print tools.

Beacon (Schneider Geospatial) (5 entries, e.g. Gordon County, Liberty County, Randolph County)

1. Open Beacon, the Schneider Geospatial parcel platform this county uses. Accept the usage terms if asked.
2. Search by address, owner or parcel number, or zoom in and click a lot.
3. From a parcel's pop-up, open the full record to see values, sales or building data where the county shares them.
4. Switch layers on or off to compare parcels with aerials, zoning or other overlays.

Before you rely on what you find

Online parcel lines are drawn for tax mapping, not surveys, so they can sit a few feet off the real boundary.
