Saskatchewan Survey Parcel Map Without an ISC Login
See Saskatchewan parcel and plan numbers free: use Sask Interactive Mapping's Survey Parcel layer instead of ISC Map Search, which needs an account.
Saskatchewan's Land Titles Registry is run by Information Services Corporation (ISC). ISC's own Map Search is free, but it needs an ISC account. If you just want to see parcel lines and numbers, there's a free map you can open without signing up.
How Saskatchewan land is identified
- Parcel number. Each surveyed parcel in the Land Titles Registry has its own parcel number.
- Legal land description. Most rural land follows the Dominion Land Survey grid of townships, ranges and quarter sections, so farmland is often described by quarter section, section, township, range and meridian.
Turning on the Survey Parcel layer
- Open Saskatchewan Interactive Mapping, run by the Ministry of Environment. No login needed.
- Turn on the Survey Parcel layer. It's built from ISC's cadastral data.
- Zoom in until the lines draw. Each parcel shows its parcel and plan numbers.
- Use those numbers when you order a title or plan from ISC.
What this map won't tell you
It doesn't show owners or title details. Use it to find the right parcel number, then go to ISC for anything official.
Our Saskatchewan land maps page keeps the link current.
Accuracy: a map is not a survey
Online parcel maps are drawn for registry, tax and planning use. Lines can be off by a few metres, sometimes more. For a fence, a setback, a building permit or a sale, check the registered plan and hire a Canadian land surveyor licensed in that province or territory.
