Searching Idaho county tax parcels
We do not host Idaho geometry. Pick a county, open its official viewer, and search by parcel number, address, or owner. Boise-area counties tend to offer richer apps; sparsely populated counties may provide basic ArcGIS Online maps or assessor lookups that still get you to the right tax lot.
Idaho is classic PLSS territory—section, township, and range dominate rural descriptions. Canal companies, irrigation districts, and BLM/Forest Service inholdings appear frequently beside private parcels. Mountain counties can show long ranch parcels that cross steep topography; always read acreage and legal description fields rather than trusting the on-screen silhouette alone.
Tax layers are not surveys. Verify with recorded plats or an Idaho licensed surveyor for legal certainty.
Canal rights-of-way and lateral easements often sit as separate features; do not assume the fee parcel includes irrigation works you see nearby. For foothill parcels near Boise, wildfire and hillside layers may be toggles—useful context, still not a survey. We link out exclusively.
