Folio and address search statewide

Platbookmapper links out to official Florida county appraisers and GIS apps; we do not host parcels. Choose a county, open the curated viewer when Listed, then search by folio/parcel ID, situs address, or owner. Coastal counties often include storm surge and coastal construction control line context; interior counties emphasize lakes, wetlands, and ag exemptions.

Most of Florida uses a mix of government lots, plats, and metes-and-bounds—not a uniform PLSS blanket. Folio formats differ by county (hyphens, leading zeros). Condos and HOAs may appear as parent parcels with unit tables—open the attributes so you do not confuse the common element with a unit.

Appraiser maps are for tax and general reference. They are not surveys; verify with recorded plats or a Florida licensed surveyor for legal work.

Folio hyphens matter: Miami-Dade, Broward, and smaller counties each group digits differently. After you land a parcel, check whether the appraiser shows “just value” fields separately from GIS geometry—both can inform research, but neither replaces a survey. Why do some Florida counties say Verify via map?

We only mark a county Listed when we have a curated direct interactive viewer URL. Verify counties still open from the national map with the best available outbound link — always confirm it is the official local source.

Does Platbookmapper draw property lot lines?
