Pennsylvania uses metes-and-bounds and warrants/patents historically—not a western PLSS grid. Parcel identifiers (PIN, UPI) are county-defined. Municipalities assess within counties; choose the county GIS that matches your tax bill. Floodplain layers along major rivers are common planning overlays.
Online lot lines orient research. They are not surveys—use recorded plans or a licensed surveyor for legal work.
UPI/PIN hyphens vary by county; do not “fix” formatting. Coal-region annotations, when shown, are not surface lot lines. Prefer the county GIS listed here over random statewide scrapers. We link out exclusively.
Municipal assessment still sits inside county GIS for most research workflows—confirm municipality name in the popup. Prefer PIN paste over retyping long strings.

We only mark a county Listed when we have a curated direct interactive viewer URL. Verify counties still open from the national map with the best available outbound link — always confirm it is the official local source.
