Tax-lot search tips statewide
We do not host Oregon parcels. Choose a county, open the official GIS, and search by tax lot / account, address, or owner. Willamette Valley counties usually provide polished apps; coastal counties add tsunami and shoreland context; eastern counties show large rangeland parcels.
Oregon is largely PLSS-based. Donation land claim remnants and modern subdivisions coexist. Forest-urban interface counties may show wildfire layers beside lots. Confirm you are on the county’s official domain—many use ArcGIS Online under county branding.
Tax lots are not surveys. Verify with recorded plats or an Oregon licensed surveyor.
Tax-lot IDs sometimes include map numbers that look like PLSS notations—paste whole. Coastal viewers may default to wiggle-match shorelines; still treat the tax lot as assessment geometry, not a survey. Outbound links only from this hub.
Eastside rangeland tax lots can be enormous—verify acreage in attributes before assuming a homesite footprint. Coast viewers: enable parcels if the hub opens imagery-first.
