Who runs this map
Socorro County doesn't have its own viewer in our directory, so we point you to a statewide map: NM Office of the State Engineer County Parcels 2025 layer (ArcGIS Map Viewer). Zoom in on Socorro County to see its parcels. A statewide layer can trail the county's own books by weeks or months, so treat it as a fast first look rather than the final word. Our October 2026 check found the map open to the public, with no account or payment needed.
Searching for a parcel, step by step
- Open NM Office of the State Engineer County Parcels 2025 layer (ArcGIS Map Viewer) in a new tab and zoom to Socorro County (around Socorro).
- Type a street address into the search box, or click directly on a parcel.
- Review the parcel attributes; field names vary by state.
- Confirm anything important with the county assessor, since the statewide layer is a compiled copy.
If an address search comes up empty, try the parcel number from a tax bill or deed instead, or click the lot on the map.
