City of Detroit plat maps are the recorded subdivision plats and the current tax parcels for Detroit, Michigan. Detroit is in Wayne County. Older neighborhoods were platted in small lots, and many of those plats were later consolidated or split. The parcel viewer shows the tax lot as the assessor maps it now. The recorded plat shows the original lot and block.
A statewide map of Michigan counties will not open a Detroit lot. You need the Wayne County GIS viewer.
