Florida County Map

A Florida county map shows 67 counties. A version with cities still is not a parcel map. Lot lines are on each county property appraiser's GIS viewer.

A Florida county map shows the state's 67 counties. A Florida county map with cities adds city names or city limits on top of those counties. Cities and counties are not the same thing. Miami is in Miami-Dade County. Tampa is in Hillsborough County. Orlando is in Orange County. Jacksonville and Duval County share one consolidated government, which is the exception, not the rule.

City limits do not follow lot lines. A zip code does not follow them either. The map that shows parcels is the county property appraiser or GIS viewer.

Open the county parcel and lot-line map

  1. Go to the Platbookmapper home page and type the county name.
  2. Or open the Florida county directory.
  3. Follow the official GIS link and search the site address or the parcel ID on the tax bill.

Use the county outline to pick the right county. Use the city name only as a clue. Use the county GIS map for the lot. Platbookmapper is the directory for those local viewers. It does not draw Florida lots itself.
