Map of Nebraska Counties
A map of Nebraska counties shows 93 county outlines. Parcel and lot-line maps are published by each county GIS office.

A map of Nebraska counties is the statewide picture of 93 counties, from Douglas and Lancaster along the east to the Panhandle. People use it to see which county a town or a section of land falls in. The outline stops at the county border. It does not show the parcel inside that county.
Nebraska parcel maps and lot lines are a county product. The assessor or GIS office draws the tax parcels. Rural sections, river lots, and town lots are all on that county layer, not on a national outline.
Open a Nebraska county parcel map
- Go to the Platbookmapper home page and type the county name.
- Or browse the Nebraska county directory.
- Open the official GIS link for that county.
- Search by site address, owner, or parcel number. Vacant farm ground often has no street address, so the parcel number on the tax statement is the better key.
The county line on a state map and the lot line on a parcel viewer answer different questions. Platbookmapper is the directory for the second one: the local GIS map of parcels and lot lines.
Not a survey. County GIS and tax parcel maps are assessment and planning layers. They are not a substitute for a recorded plat, deed, or licensed survey.
