A Minnesota county map shows 87 counties, from the Twin Cities counties of Hennepin and Ramsey up through the Arrowhead. Some northern land is in unorganized territories inside a county. The county outline still tells you who keeps the tax parcel. It does not draw the lot.

Minnesota parcel and lot-line maps are published by the county. The viewer is where you search an address or a parcel ID and see the assessor's polygon.

Open a Minnesota parcel map

  1. Search the county on the Platbookmapper home page.
  2. Or open the Minnesota county directory.
  3. Follow the official GIS link.
  4. If the address misses, use the parcel number on the tax statement. Seasonal cabins and bare land often have no situs address.

Platbookmapper is a directory of those county GIS viewers. It links out. It does not host the lot lines, and those lines are not a substitute for a survey.
