When search says “property maps”
Intent usually matches parcel GIS: lot lines + parcel ID — the same place people land for a property search. If a bank asks for a property map, ask whether they mean GIS exhibit or recorded plat.
Not a survey. Web parcel maps are tax and planning layers. They are not a substitute for a recorded plat, deed, or licensed survey — especially for fences, setbacks, or disputes.
