What Is a Vision Clearance Easement
A vision clearance easement keeps a triangle at a driveway or corner free of obstacles above a stated height.

The plat gives the two distances along the right of way and the driveway, or along both streets. Anything taller, other than a trunk of a certain size, has to stay out.

A fence permit can still be denied inside the triangle when the side-yard fence rules would allow it.
