Tennessee uses recorded plats and metes-and-bounds extensively. Parcel IDs are local. River counties along the Mississippi and Tennessee rivers may show flood context; plateau counties may show larger rural tracts. Always confirm the .gov or official county host.

Metro Nashville-area counties differ from rural east Tennessee tools, but both are official when listed. Parcel IDs with dashes should be pasted as-is. We never mirror Tennessee county layers.
