Vermont Parcel Maps & Town GIS Hub
Vermont parcels are maintained town by town. This hub uses counties as a regional guide to official assessor and GIS viewers across the Green Mountains.
We link out — we do not host parcels. Platbookmapper does not draw lot lines, embed county FeatureServers, or redistribute tax-parcel geometry for Vermont. Our role is to connect you to the official county GIS / parcel viewer that maintains the property information. Not a survey product.
SPAN and town map tips
We link out only. Navigate by county, open curated viewers or verify via the map, then search by SPAN (School Property Account Number), map-lot, address, or owner on the town site. Ski-country towns may show dense lodging parcels; Northeast Kingdom towns often publish simpler tools over larger tracts.
Expect metes-and-bounds and recorded surveys—not PLSS. SPAN helps crosswalk statewide; map-lot remains local. Confirm the assessing town matches your tax bill. Shoreland and wetland overlays appear on many planning maps beside tax lots.
Online lot lines are approximate. Verify with recorded surveys or a licensed Vermont surveyor.
SPAN is powerful for cross-town research, but map-lot still rules inside a single town viewer. Ski-area lodging parcels can be stacked in condo regimes—open unit tables when offered. We do not host Vermont geometry.
Town meeting–season valuation updates can lag the map—if a fresh split is missing, check the listers’ office. SPAN still helps you land in the right town.

Frequently asked questions
How do I find a Vermont county parcel map?
Pick your county on this Vermont hub (or on the national Platbookmapper map), then open the official GIS / parcel viewer link. Each county maintains its own app — we link out and do not host parcels.
Are Vermont online parcel maps survey-grade?
No. County GIS parcels are tax and planning layers. For legal boundaries, use a recorded plat or hire a licensed surveyor.
Why do some Vermont counties say Verify via map?
We only mark a county Listed when we have a curated direct interactive viewer URL. Verify counties still open from the national map with the best available outbound link — always confirm it is the official local source.
Does Platbookmapper draw property lot lines?
No. We do not host or redraw parcel geometry. Our product is a USA → county → official GIS link directory so you can open the local interactive map in a new tab.
