A Kentucky county map shows 120 counties, a high count for the state's size. County lines matter here because property records are organized county by county. The office that values land is the property valuation administrator, the PVA. The GIS parcel layer is the lot-line map people are usually hunting for after they have looked at a statewide outline.

A county outline will not search an address and return a parcel number. The PVA or county GIS viewer will.

Open a Kentucky parcel map

  1. Go to the Platbookmapper home page and search the county.
  2. Or browse the Kentucky county directory.
  3. Open the official GIS link.
  4. Search the site address or the parcel ID on the tax bill.

Platbookmapper only links out to those local parcel and lot-line maps. It does not host Kentucky geometry, and the line on the map is not a survey of the corners.
