New South Wales Parcel & Land Maps
New South Wales publishes its whole cadastre in NSW Spatial Explorer, run by DCS Spatial Services (it replaced SIX Maps). Zoom in and lot boundaries appear with their Lot/DP labels, which you can then use to order a title search from NSW Land Registry Services.

How it works in Australia
Australia has no single national parcel map. Each state and territory runs its own land titles office and digital cadastral database (DCDB), and most publish it free in a public map viewer. A parcel is identified by its lot and plan number (for example Lot 12 DP 123456 in New South Wales, or Lot 3 SP 98765 in Queensland), and ownership is recorded under the Torrens title system in the state land registry.
A note on accuracy
Online parcel and cadastral maps are for reference only. They are not a survey or a title search. Before you buy land or settle a boundary question, order the official title record from the land registry named on this page and get a licensed surveyor.
