How it works in Belgium
Belgium's cadastral map is kept nationally by FPS Finance and is free to view in its CadGIS viewer, where you can search a parcel number (CaPaKey) or an address. Each region also shows the parcels in its own map: Geopunt in Flanders, WalOnMap in Wallonia and BruGIS in Brussels. Ownership deeds are recorded at the land registration offices of FPS Finance, usually through a notary.
A note on accuracy
Online parcel and cadastral maps are for reference only. They are not a survey or a title search. Before you buy land or settle a boundary question, order the official title record from the land registry named on this page and get a licensed surveyor or notary to check it.
