Berlin Parcel & Cadastral Maps
Berlin is both a city and a state. Its Geoportal shows the ALKIS parcel map for the whole city for free. Turn on the Flurstücke layer if it is not on already.

How it works in Germany
Germany has no single national parcel map. Each of the 16 states runs its own surveying office and cadastre (ALKIS) and shows parcel boundaries for free in its own map viewer. A parcel (Flurstück) is identified by its Gemarkung, Flur and number. Ownership is recorded in the Grundbuch at the local court, and you need a legitimate interest to see it, so the free maps show boundaries and numbers but never owners.
A note on accuracy
Online parcel and cadastral maps are for reference only. They are not a survey or a title search. Before you buy land or settle a boundary question, order the official title record from the land registry named on this page and get a licensed surveyor or notary to check it.
