How parcel records work in Netherlands
The Netherlands has one national cadastre, the Kadaster, which keeps both the cadastral map and the title register. The Kadastrale Kaart is open data and free to view in the government PDOK Viewer, with parcel numbers when you zoom in. A parcel is identified by its cadastral municipality, section letter and number. Owner details cost a small fee per search from the Kadaster.
A note on accuracy
Online parcel and cadastral maps are for reference only. They are not a survey or a title search. Before you buy land or settle a boundary question, order the official title record from the land registry named on this page and get a licensed surveyor or notary to check it.
