Elevate Parcel Indiana Property Search: What Elevate Is and Where Each County Went
An Elevate parcel Indiana property search refers to Elevate, a county parcel viewer and web portal used by a group of Indiana counties. According to Schneider Geospatial, the Elevate portal is now part of Schneider Geospatial, and when we tested each county’s Elevate address on September 25, 2026, most redirected to Schneider’s Beacon. Here is what that means for your search.

What Elevate is
Elevate was built as a parcel map portal for local government. Schneider Geospatial’s page says the Elevate web portal and the local government consulting practice of 39 Degrees are now part of Schneider Geospatial, and that Elevate and its supporting GIS services belong to its parcel management products. Each county’s Elevate site lived at an address like countynamein.elevatemaps.io.
A mobile app called Elevate Parcel is listed on Google Play under Schneider Geospatial. When we checked, the listing showed its last update as September 20, 2023.
Indiana counties on the Elevate list
Schneider’s Elevate page lists 16 Indiana counties. On September 25, 2026 we opened each county’s elevatemaps.io address in a browser. Fourteen redirected to the county’s Beacon site, and two still opened Elevate. Each link below goes to that county’s entry in our Indiana directory, where we keep the current official viewer link.

Searching a county that still uses Elevate
Lawrence and Martin counties still opened Elevate when we checked. The site asks you to sign in or sign up, but a Sign in as Guest option lets you use the map without an account. The search box reads “Search by Address, Parcel Id or Owner Name,” and there is an Advanced Search. Pictometry and Street View options appear in the map menu.
Searching a county that moved to Beacon
For the other fourteen counties, the old Elevate address lands on Beacon, so an Elevate parcel search there is really a Beacon search. Beacon’s search page typically offers owner name, address and parcel number searches. Monroe County, for example, adds multiple-parcel and alternate-ID searches, and address searches accept a range such as 1200-1299 Main. Our guide to using Beacon property search walks through the interface.
Tips for any Indiana parcel search
- Update old bookmarks. An elevatemaps.io link may still work because it redirects, but the Beacon address is the current one.
- Use the parcel number when you have it. Owner names change, and addresses on rural parcels can be missing.
- Remember what a parcel viewer is. It is an assessment map, not a legal boundary.
Find every Indiana parcel viewer
Platbookmapper keeps a free, county-by-county directory of official parcel viewers and county GIS maps across the United States. Our Indiana county GIS page lists every county with its official viewer. If you research land in more than one county, start at the all-states directory or pick a county on the national parcel map, and you will land on the official viewer instead of a data-broker copy.

Not a survey. County GIS and tax parcel maps are assessment and planning layers. They are not a substitute for a recorded plat, deed, or licensed survey — especially for fences, setbacks, or boundary disputes.
