Basque Country (Euskadi) Parcel & Cadastral Maps
The Basque Country does not use the national cadastre. Each province, Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa, keeps its own foral cadastre with its own free map, so pick the province where the property is.

How it works in Spain
Spain's Dirección General del Catastro maps every parcel outside the Basque Country and Navarre, and its map on the Sede Electrónica del Catastro is free with no login. Each property has a 20-character referencia catastral, which you can search or click on the map to see the plot, its area and its use. The Basque provinces and Navarre run their own foral cadastres with their own free viewers. Ownership is recorded separately in the Registro de la Propiedad, where you order a nota simple.
A note on accuracy
Online parcel and cadastral maps are for reference only. They are not a survey or a title search. Before you buy land or settle a boundary question, order the official title record from the land registry named on this page and get a licensed surveyor or notary to check it.
