U.S. Virgin Islands Parcel & Land Maps
The Lieutenant Governor's GIS Division keeps the official parcel layer for St. Croix, St. John and St. Thomas. Parcels are named by estate and plot number. This link opens that layer in ArcGIS Map Viewer, with no sign-in needed. The Tax Assessor's Citizen Access portal has the assessment record.

How it works in U.S. Territories
The U.S. territories are not covered by the county parcel maps used in the 50 states. Each territory keeps its own cadastre and land records office. Puerto Rico and Guam publish free, territory-wide parcel maps, and the Virgin Islands and Northern Mariana Islands publish official parcel layers. American Samoa does not, because most of its land is communal family land.
A note on accuracy
Online parcel and cadastral maps are for reference only. They are not a survey or a title search. Before you buy land or settle a boundary question, order the official title record from the land registry named on this page and get a licensed surveyor.
