Manitoba Parcel & Land Maps
Land titles in Manitoba are handled by the Manitoba Land Titles office, which Teranet Manitoba operates for the province. Rural land uses the Dominion Land Survey section-township-range grid. Property assessment outside Winnipeg is done by the province, and Manitoba Assessment Online lets anyone look up assessment parcels on a map by roll number, civic address or legal description.

A note on accuracy
Online parcel maps are drawn for registry, tax and planning use and are not a survey. For fences, setbacks or a sale, check the registered plan or hire a Canadian land surveyor (an Ontario Land Surveyor, BC Land Surveyor and so on).
