Newfoundland and Labrador Parcel & Land Maps
Newfoundland and Labrador uses a Registry of Deeds rather than a land titles system, so no single map covers all private land. The Crown Lands Division keeps a registry of land granted or leased by the Crown, and its free Provincial Land Use Atlas maps those Crown titles and applications alongside municipal plans and aerial photos. The province notes that the Atlas is an index only, is not complete, and is not accurate enough to measure from.

A note on accuracy
Online parcel maps are drawn for registry, tax and planning use and are not a survey. For fences, setbacks or a sale, check the registered plan or hire a Canadian land surveyor (an Ontario Land Surveyor, BC Land Surveyor and so on).
