Nova Scotia Parcel & Land Maps
Nova Scotia records property in the Land Registration system run by Service Nova Scotia. Each parcel has an eight-digit Property Identifier (PID). The searchable Property Online service needs a paid subscription, but the province publishes its parcel map (the Nova Scotia Property Records Database, NSPRD) as a free map service, and Halifax has its own free map.

A note on accuracy
Online parcel maps are drawn for registry, tax and planning use and are not a survey. For fences, setbacks or a sale, check the registered plan or hire a Canadian land surveyor (an Ontario Land Surveyor, BC Land Surveyor and so on).
