Abruzzo Parcel & Cadastral Maps
Abruzzo runs from the Apennines to the Adriatic, with L'Aquila as its capital. Its hill towns have many cheap old houses, and the cadastral map shows the foglio and particella of each one.

How it works in Italy
Italy's cadastral map is kept by the Agenzia delle Entrate and is free to browse on its Geoportale Cartografico Catastale, with no login. A plot is identified by its comune, foglio (map sheet) and particella (parcel) number. The provinces of Trento and Bolzano keep their own cadastre and land book (the tavolare system), with their own free maps. Ownership searches (visure) are separate: you can get your own for free, but searching someone else's property costs a fee.
A note on accuracy
Online parcel and cadastral maps are for reference only. They are not a survey or a title search. Before you buy land or settle a boundary question, order the official title record from the land registry named on this page and get a licensed surveyor or notary to check it.
