Trentino-South Tyrol (Trentino-Alto Adige) Parcel & Cadastral Maps
Trentino-South Tyrol is two autonomous provinces, Trento and Bolzano, that keep their own cadastre and land book (the tavolare system) instead of the national one. Each has its own free map, so pick the province where the property is.

How it works in Italy
Italy's cadastral map is kept by the Agenzia delle Entrate and is free to browse on its Geoportale Cartografico Catastale, with no login. A plot is identified by its comune, foglio (map sheet) and particella (parcel) number. The provinces of Trento and Bolzano keep their own cadastre and land book (the tavolare system), with their own free maps. Ownership searches (visure) are separate: you can get your own for free, but searching someone else's property costs a fee.
A note on accuracy
Online parcel and cadastral maps are for reference only. They are not a survey or a title search. Before you buy land or settle a boundary question, order the official title record from the land registry named on this page and get a licensed surveyor or notary to check it.
