Yavapai Parcel Search: Using YC Interactive, the New County Parcel Viewer
A Yavapai parcel search changed in September 2026. The county retired its Legacy Interactive Map and now points people to YC Interactive, a new parcel viewer that runs on parcel data from the Assessor’s new database. Here is how to search it and where the county’s other parcel tools fit.

What changed on September 21, 2026
The county’s GIS mapping applications page says the Legacy Interactive Map was no longer available after Monday, September 21, 2026. Its replacement, YC Interactive, is described as the county’s new interactive mapping app, with parcel information pulled from the new Assessor database. Old bookmarks and search results may still point to the legacy map, so update them.
How to search the YC Interactive parcel viewer
YC Interactive has one search box: “Enter a parcel, address or owner name.” That covers the three usual starting points in a single field. It also offers:
- A subdivision search, for example Prescott Original Townsite.
- Measurement tools for location, length, area and perimeter.
- Printing.
Zoom in before you search if the app feels slow, and use a desktop browser for printing.

Yavapai tax and recording records

Deeds and other recorded documents are handled by the Recorder’s office and its document search. Copy the parcel number from YC Interactive first, since both offices use it.
