England Parcel & Land Maps
HM Land Registry's free 'Search for land and property information' service has a map search: zoom in anywhere in England and registered freehold titles appear as indicative outlines (the INSPIRE Index Polygons), each with its title number. The summary is free, and the title register and title plan cost £7 each.

How it works in United Kingdom
The UK has three separate land registers: HM Land Registry for England and Wales, Registers of Scotland, and Land & Property Services in Northern Ireland. Registered titles are mapped against Ordnance Survey mapping using 'general boundaries', so the map shows the extent of a title but not the exact legal line. Most registers let you view the map for free and charge a few pounds for the official title register and title plan.
A note on accuracy
Online parcel and cadastral maps are for reference only. They are not a survey or a title search. Before you buy land or settle a boundary question, order the official title record from the land registry named on this page and get a licensed surveyor.
