Northern Ireland Parcel & Land Maps
Northern Ireland has no free, login-free map of registered title boundaries. Land & Property Services keeps the Land Registry folio maps, but they are only online through the paid LandWeb Direct subscription. OSNI's free SpatialNI viewer shows Ordnance Survey base maps but not ownership parcels.

How it works in United Kingdom
The UK has three separate land registers: HM Land Registry for England and Wales, Registers of Scotland, and Land & Property Services in Northern Ireland. Registered titles are mapped against Ordnance Survey mapping using 'general boundaries', so the map shows the extent of a title but not the exact legal line. Most registers let you view the map for free and charge a few pounds for the official title register and title plan.
A note on accuracy
Online parcel and cadastral maps are for reference only. They are not a survey or a title search. Before you buy land or settle a boundary question, order the official title record from the land registry named on this page and get a licensed surveyor.
