Grand Est Parcel & Cadastral Maps
Grand Est stretches from Champagne to Alsace, with Strasbourg as its capital. Alsace and Moselle still use the German-era Livre foncier for title, while the cadastral plan works the same as in the rest of France.

How it works in France
France's cadastre is run by the tax administration (DGFiP) and covers every commune, including the overseas regions. Each plot is identified by its commune, a section of one or two letters and a parcel number. The plan is free to view on cadastre.gouv.fr and as the Parcellaire Express layer on cartes.gouv.fr, the IGN map site that replaced Géoportail. Ownership is not shown on these maps: title is recorded by the Service de la publicité foncière, or in the Livre foncier in Alsace and Moselle.
A note on accuracy
Online parcel and cadastral maps are for reference only. They are not a survey or a title search. Before you buy land or settle a boundary question, order the official title record from the land registry named on this page and get a licensed surveyor or notary to check it.
